At TOHO animation Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fashion and apparel purchases; however, we accept returns for defective items or incorrect sizes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and character-themed packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all promotional inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
